The AlOOH nanoarchitectures have been successfully synthesized via hydrothermal method. The effect of urea/nitrate molar ratio 1, 2, and 4 were studied to obtain the various AlOOH nanoarchitectures. The products were characterized by XRD, FT-IR, FESEM, and TEM techniques. The specific surface area of samples was determined by N₂ adsorption-desorption measurements. Our experiments showed that AlOOH nanoarchitectures have been formed in all three ratios of urea/nitrate and the increase of urea/nitrate molar ratio from 1 to 2 then it favors for the formation of flowerlike AlOOH nanoarchitectures. The microscope analysis revealed that the flowerlike AlOOH are composed of nano-layers. |
